Management / AdvisorsRobert Davidson - President & Chief Technology Officer Robert Davidson is a technologist with over 17 years of industry experience. He has worked in various capacities at some well known companies such as Prodigy, VerticalNet, and Reuters/Reality Online, and some lesser known companies such as MYOB, eMoney Advisor, The Affinity Group, Affinity Sports, and ReviewNet. Robert was a founding partner of both The Affinity Group and Affinity Sports and successfully ran those companies for 6 years. Much of Robert’s experience has been in system-to-system integrations. This knowledge and experience led him to conceive iNetVOD's Open Video Platformsm. Robert has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Drexel University. Larry Fyock – Advisor Larry Fyock has more than 20 years of marketing, sales, general management and finance experience with established companies and start-up enterprises in telecom and high tech. His experience includes VP of Sales & Marketing positions in corporate and field rolls with Sprint, RCN and Digital Access (start-up voice, video and data provider). He has had full P&L responsibility as VP/GM of Operations with Centel Cellular (later acquired by Sprint). Earlier in his career, Larry built a solid financial foundation as Controller for Centel Cellular and as an auditor and consultant with Ernst & Young. Larry is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Eric Lee Smith - Advisor Eric Lee Smith is a successful entrepreneur having founded multiple companies over his extensive career. Most recently, Eric founded GivingCapital, a developer of Internet-based technologies used to facilitate charitable savings, investment, and giving programs. Prior to GivingCapital, Eric held a variety of roles at Reality Online/Reuters, including Vice President – Research & Development and Vice President – Strategic Projects Group. Eric has a Bachelor of Arts from Pratt Institute. Skip Shuda - Advisor As an advisor-builder with a sense of adventure, founder Skip Shuda has
worked with numerous startups since 1983, including Destiny WebSolutions
which he founded in 1994. Destiny was named Startup Company of the year in
1998's Philadelphia Area Enterprise Awards. Destiny grew to $25 million in
annualized revenues in 2000 and employed over 120 people. Today Skip
enjoys working with technology startups, using his experience, lessons and
tools to assist fellow entrepreneurs. |
